Once a purchase has been made, no exchanges or refunds are accepted, except in cases provided for by law.No se realizarán reembolsos.
Event tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer. In such a case, refunds will be issued in accordance with the established conditions and within the communicated timeframes.No exchanges are accepted.
Changes to the date, ticket holder, ticket type, or product are not permitted once the purchase has been completed.
Entradas para eventos
It is the user’s responsibility to review the event details (date, time, and location) before confirming the purchase.
Loss, damage, or theft of a ticket will not entitle the holder to a replacement or refund.
In the event of suspension or cancellation of the event, KRAV MAGA NEXT LEVEL S.L. will inform participants of the procedure to request a refund, if applicable.

In the case of physical products (merchandising), the customer is responsible for checking the condition of the item at the time of delivery.
KRAV MAGA NEXT LEVEL S.L. is not responsible for missing parts or damage to the product once the sale has been completed.
